Are you ready to drive transformation and shape the future of Westpac's products and processes? In this key leadership role within the Business Products and Payments team, you'll lead strategic change initiatives, ensuring they align with our product vision and strategy, as well as achieving intended business outcomes post implementation.
Working closely with the Head of Business Lending Product and Payments, you'll define portfolio strategies, leveraging data insights, stakeholder feedback, and best practices. You'll prioritise resources, oversee governance, and foster collaboration across teams to achieve high-impact results.
As a leader, you'll inspire a high-performance culture, champion talent development, and drive engagement across the team and stakeholders. Your leadership will reflect a One-Team mindset, ensuring alignment with Westpac's goals and values.

Strategy, transformation, and delivery experience in complex organisations
Product management, transformation, or technology experience within financial services
People leadership experience
Influencing and relationship building to an Executive level
Experience leading across a value chain, including driving a high-performance culture for your direct team (within financial services)
Demonstrated experience improving NPS, commercial, risk and people outcomes, including through data-driven insights
High levels of commercial acumen, leadership capability and delivery focus demonstrated through measurable results
