Ko ake mahi - What you'll doIn this role you will:
Analyse the performance of the current digital portfolio to identify and define opportunities for consolidation and alignment, supporting the development of investment business cases.Implement performance frameworks that monitor the ongoing performance of the portfolio and initiatives to ensure investments are achieving desired outcomes.Map and analyse business processes and capabilities across the Ministry of Health.Perform cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and impact forecasting for new initiatives.Monitor the performance of inflight initiatives and provide regular reports on the status and impact of digital projects.Ko pukenga - What you'll bringStrong analytical and reporting skills (including advanced Excel skills), strategic leadership skills that support process design, development, and implementation, and significant experience in driving work programmes ensuring delivery of work to expected quality. You should also have:
