We are growing our diverse team and are looking for a Guest Service Agent/Porter to join our front office team.
About the role As a Porter, you'll be at the heart of delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Your role will involve providing top-notch service, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Key responsibilities include: Support the smooth operations of the front office department, including reception duties, providing exceptional lobby services and ensuring security functions are maintained.
Assist guests with their luggage, manage lost property and oversee storage.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of public areas to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications About you We are looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional service.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have: Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly approach to assisting guests.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness and organisation in public areas.
Capable of handling luggage and performing manual tasks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and engagement skills.
Previous experience with Opera/Opera Cloud/RTBS (desirable but not essential).
Flexibility to work between the hours of 10pm and 6:30am on a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
