About the role:
This position is to welcome and truly enhance the guests' arrival experience and stay. You will assist the Chief Concierge in the smooth and efficient operation of the Bell Desk division, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by the hotel. You will work on a rotating basis within the Front Services area, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction by delivering the Hyatt brand promise and providing exceptional guest service at all times.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Ensures the delivery of the Brand promise and provides a professional and courteous service to hotel guests at all times.
Valet parking of guest cars.
Delivery of luggage to guest rooms.
Assisting with guest enquiries e.g., directions, recommendations.
Handling guest feedback and resolving any complaints.
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
What you need to succeed:
High level of grooming and personal presentation.
High level of both written and verbal communication.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
You will require a Full Driver's License for this role.
