Being the developer, designer, builder, and operator means we will continue to challenge the status quo and adapt to better serve our residents and team members.Our trailblazing spirit can be felt in every Ryman experience, so if you like the sound of this, then read on.About the Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Porter, to provide resident support at Kevin Hickman.This is?a part time fixed termposition working Saturday ******** and Sunday to Monday ******** In this role you will often be working independently to: Welcome all visitors and new independent residents and provide assistance and direction as necessary Help settle residents into their new homes Managing resident enquiries, and covering reception.Be responsible for answering emergency call bells 24/24 of our independent residentsProviding first aid, or calling emergency services as required.General cleaning and administration dutiesAssist at Open Days and functions for visitors, residents and families to the village Work closely with,?and support your colleagues.
