The Ascot Park Hotel and Conference Centre is a busy venue accommodating to the leisure, business and conference markets. This is a full time role offering the right person a great opportunity to be part of our friendly Porter team.The Hotel Porter is a customer focused role that is dedicated to providing a great experience to our guests. Working within a small team the Porter covers a variety of tasks but the main focus is looking after the set up of our conference rooms. Other duties include guest transportation in the Hotel Van, day to day customer interactions such as delivering bags and minor room maintenance. If you are a people person that likes variety then we would like to hear from you. Applicants will demonstrate the following attributes:· The ability to work in a team environment. · Full drivers license is a must. · Enjoys dealing with a range of different people. · Has good communication skills. · Is able to prioritize tasks to ensure duties are completed. . The ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting chairs and tables. . The role offers a variety of shifts and will be rostered over a 7 day period.
