Pool Team Leader - Ranfurly

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of the facility, leading your team to provide outstanding customer service, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will be crucial, and training will be provided for the right candidate.As the successful applicant you will:Have previous experience in the operation of a facilityHold a current First Aid Certificate (6400, 6401 & 6402) and a Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate (PLPC) or be able to obtain these within four weeks of your appointmentHave a proven track record in managing staff and building a positive team environmentIdeally have knowledge of pool plant (not essential but advantageous)Have the ability to lead, train, and develop a successful teamIn return, the successful applicant will receive:Competitive market remunerationA great working environmentAccess to the facility for fitness and trainingActive organisation social club #J-18808-Ljbffr
