Nau mai haere mai ki ta matou whanau | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Polymer & Emulsion Production Team based in Mt Wellington, Auckland.
As a Polymer & Emulsion Production Plant Supervisor , you will oversee the daily operations of the plant.
This includes managing multiple product lines while being proactive in troubleshooting to ensure all manufactured products are of top quality.
In addition to the above, you'll: Plan plant and equipment preventative maintenance Plan and programme calibration checks on plant as required Ensure a quality control plan is in place and undertaken to a high standard for the plant Be responsible for the production of quality products to meet stakeholder demands Stock control and monthly stocktakes of the plant Lead through clear work instructions and monitoring of production staff Provide timely, constructive feedback and on-the-job training Coordinate various production, housekeeping and maintenance activities Contribute to meetings, deal openly and honestly with issues, and constructively resolve conflicts Clearly communicate information face-to-face or over phone and radio-telephone Use Word, Excel, Email and other communication systems Undertake safe work practices at all times while on site We're looking for someone with: Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Polymer & Emulsion Production or Chemical Plant Production - required Hold a relevant tertiary qualification - ideal A good mechanical understanding and intermediate to advanced computer skills Good communication skills Good Work equals Good Benefits Medical insurance for you and your whanau.

This position is a full-time, permanent position guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week.
The salary band is from $80,000 to $98,000 NZD per annum.
