We have an opportunity to join a talented, highly motivated, and engaged team as a Life Policy Operations Consultant in Wellington, Auckland, or Christchurch. This is a full-time permanent role. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers through timely, accurate, and efficient processing and delivery of all tasks within the Life Policy Operations team service levels.
Please note this role is for working in our Life insurance side of the business.
The role involves:
Making changes to policy and customer details.
Correctly processing policy transactions related to existing business changes, e.g., premium & client maintenance alterations, billing changes, and cancellations.
Existing Business includes both legacy range and on-sale products. The ability to apply a methodology when working through a possible solution to clients' queries.
Contacting external customers to resolve any policy issues.
What you will need to succeed:
Previous operational and/or administrative experience
Previous customer service experience preferable within a related industry
Previous experience in a high volume processing environment preferable
Previous experience in identifying and resolving escalated customer queries
