Fixed-term part-time opportunity until 25 July 2025, working 24 hours per week.
Based in either Mangawhai or Dargaville with working from home options.
About the Role We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term, part-time basis, working 24 hours per week.
In this role, you will provide PMO office and governance support for a diverse portfolio of projects throughout their lifecycle.
You will engage with various impactful work streams, manage systems administration tasks and craft precise reports and documentation, all while driving success and contributing to our dynamic team environment.
Key responsibilities include: Maintain and support Edison365 (PPM solution) and ensure compliance with KDC policies and standards.
Train staff on PMO tools, solutions, and processes, and assist with project deliverables and documentation.
Manage project action and decision registers, including risk and issue tracking and facilitate workshops.
Handle onboarding for new project staff, maintain project documentation and SharePoint sites and manage administrative support tasks.
Oversee document management and access, ensuring effective practices for creation, storage and retrieval on SharePoint sites.
About You You will demonstrate a keen attention to detail along with exceptional organisational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritise and address stakeholder requests efficiently.
These abilities will enhance your capacity to build and nurture productive relationships with stakeholders.
Your collaborative and engaging approach, paired with clear and concise communication, will further strengthen these relationships, and ensure effective stakeholder management.
