Over the life of the regeneration programme, they will redevelop approximately 2,550 social homes into a total of 10,500 new warm and dry social, affordable, and market homes.
The position
This role is critical in supporting the accuracy and timely delivery of PMO reporting and insight requirements.
This role also plays a key role in supporting the provision of effective monitoring/analysis and Programme Management Office (PMO).
This position will sit within the Mahi Tahi (Commercial) team and will work closely with the Development, Commercial, Strategy, and Masterplanning teams.
It is vital in supporting the PMO in being the single source of truth as it relates to the delivery of housing outputs and future programme delivery.
Key responsibilities
This role contributes to the organisation's overall outcomes including the delivery of 10,500 new homes in 20 years.
Role specific outcomes include ensuring the PMO and wider teams have useful, accessible, accurate and up to date information that supports insightful and meaningful reporting; ensuring the PMO is a trusted source of information and truth; ensuring the information can be readily utilised to support a variety of business needs; creating and maintaining repeatable analysis including modelling of complex business scenarios, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders both internal to the organisation and external partners is critical.
This role will work closely with the Development and Commercial team to support the gathering of key project information across the project lifecycle.
This role will also contribute to the development and implementation of data governance and best practice initiatives sought by the Business Intelligence Lead.
