This role will suit you if you are a registered plumber with strong plumbing skills looking to come off the tools and begin to develop your career. Alternatively, you may have run your own business where you have experience pricing plumbing works and want to enter a corporate environment to develop your career further. About the Role: You will work as part of the Plumbing team, responsible for pricing and delivering plumbing minor works/smaller projects, having the opportunity to leverage off others in similar roles. Our support functions will ensure you have IT support, learning and development opportunities, safety advice and guidance, and procurement assistance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Work scoping and delivery of Plumbing solutions.Accurate pricing of Plumbing project work.Project planning and effective handover to Project Managers/delivery of Plumbing projects.Project revenue and margin financial and growth targets are achieved.Attend client meetings and add support through value engineering.About you: Plumbing Trade qualified.Working knowledge of Plumbing Industry Best Practices and standards.Ability to produce design solutions for existing and new customers.Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable.Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
