About the Role: This role combines the skills of a project manager and estimator, focusing on plumbing and roofing projects. You will be responsible for planning and executing both planned and reactive maintenance for a diverse range of clients, including major banks, government agencies, universities, prisons, and other leading New Zealand businesses and commercial premises. This position is based in our Trades Branch in Penrose. About You: You are a NZ Certified Class Plumber with a proven track record of successful project delivery. You have strong commercial maintenance experience, ideally within the building services industry. You are a confident and highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to workplace safety. You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
