Job DiscriptionThe role:As a Plumber, your daily activities will be associated with water and wastewater reticulation.This may include maintaining underground utilities, operating mobile plant, working with live sewers, and working in confined spaces.The position is required to assist with after-hours work and be part of an on-call support roster for the water and waste section.What we are looking for:1. You will have a working knowledge of water and wastewater reticulation systems2. You will have good levels of written, oral skills and highly developed numeracy skills3. You will be able to work well in a small team environment4. You will be able to successfully work on your own and be able to problem solve5. You will have knowledge of and experience complying with WHS and environmental legislative requirements6. You will hold a current Plumber and Drainer Licence7. You will hold a current Queensland MR licence or be able to obtain one
