The Plumbing and Gasfitting role for Project 360 is a standalone role.
The position is self-managing with the help of the management team, looking after customers for their maintenance requirements.
Scoping of projects, and assisting with quoting and invoicing for each job.
The Maintenance Manager will work closely with the General Manager and other team members to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities: Onsite services Coordinating with customers for their requirements and timing for each job.
Ensure customers are in good running order, and identify any potential issues they may not be aware of.
Follow up to ensure all repairs are running well.
Job Scoping Attending to requests and putting in place a scope and timeline.
Identifying costs and materials for the QS team to supply pricing.
Coordinate timing for jobs to be carried out.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Procurement: Oversee the procurement process with the assistance of the administrative team.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Invoicing and Progress Claims Prepare invoices for approval by Management.
Qualifications: Registered Plumber/Gasfitter.
Knowledge of gasfitting.
Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
