Job Description: 
We are currently seeking a skilled Pleasure Boat Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing pleasure boats, particularly under the Yanmar and Volvo brand. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining pleasure boats to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:



Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on pleasure boats.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
Perform repairs and replacements of boat components as needed.
Install and test new equipment and accessories.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and recommendations.
Document all service and repair activities accurately.



Requirements:



Proven experience as a pleasure boat service technician.
Proficiency in servicing boats under the Yanmar and Volvo brand preferred.
Strong mechanical and technical skills.
Familiarity with marine engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
