Play Specialist Part time, Fixed term, FTTE up to: 0.7, Start Date: 01/09/2024, End Date: 01/03/2025 (To cover a period of leave)
We are looking for an experienced registered teacher to join our small and supportive team of 4 play specialists based in the children's ward.
We are looking for someone who is confident in communicating with children, whanau and the wider teams and prepared to train to become a registered play specialist. You will become an essential part of the medical team on the paediatric ward, helping to assess the needs of our patients and their families. This includes support and preparation for medical procedures.
