As the Manager for our DMS/Customer Communications Platform, you will be pivotal in leading the development and deployment of our application roadmap and strategy, with a focus on transitioning to optimal cloud solutions over time.
You will develop, drive, and maintain risk management, integration, performance, and operations strategies for our software and applications, which are critical technology services leveraged by our agents and customers across the organisation.
You will be energised daily by the opportunity to lead this large, diverse, and experienced team of communications technology experts to deliver on significant and critical programs of work.
You will engage meaningfully with our people, partners, stakeholders, and vendors to create great work environments with a focus on wellbeing, mutual respect, and partnerships.
This is a full-time, permanent role open to individuals based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Auckland, and leverage a hybrid work-from-home/office model.
ABOUT YOU We're looking for a Senior Manager with technology delivery and whole of life application management experience.
You will have excellent communications & collaboration skills, a knack for innovation, and a focus on customer satisfaction, along with the following experience: Successfully leading large teams in a technology environment with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Experience delivering innovation and change in a large corporate.
Technology ownership for IT Transformation and/or Greenfields projects.
Customer communications (DMS) technology experience preferably in the area of Inbound and Storage.
Understanding of the implications of cloud on governance, delivery and management of technology platforms.
Personal or commercial insurance knowledge and experience will be highly regarded.
