We care about the wellbeing and success of our people and provide a supportive and inclusive working environment where people can thrive and be who they are.Role OverviewThe Platform Capability Lead will be responsible for driving the adoption and usage of M365 products and services across the Ministry of Social Development, including improving the user experience in the support activities, such as ticket resolution, feedback collection, and knowledge management. The specialist will work closely with the M365 Platform team, different business units across the Ministry, and the end users to better understand their needs, challenges, and goals. The goal is to provide end users with the best solutions and practices to achieve their goals and will also monitor and measure the impact and outcomes of the adoption initiatives and the support activities to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Your ResponsibilitiesStay updated on the latest trends, features, and updates of M365 products and servicesPromote a culture of continuous learning within the organisation, encouraging ongoing development and knowledge sharingDevelop and execute strategies and plans to enhance adoption of existing M365 products and services, such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power PlatformCollaborate with other departments within MSD to help ensure adoption of new and emerging M365 products and technologiesProvide support and guidance to the end users on how to use M365 products and services effectively and efficientlyCreate and maintain adoption and support materials, such as guides, videos, FAQs, tips, and best practicesMonitor adoption metrics and satisfaction feedback, pinpointing usage gaps and areas for improvementOrchestrate additional internal company resources to optimise the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of M365 solutionsDesign and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, webinars, and other learning resources for the end usersEvaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for content enhancement and evolutionReport and communicate the adoption and support results and insights to the management and the relevant partiesCreate engaging communicationsMinimum Requirements3 years of experience in M365 adoption, training, or supportStrong interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining relationshipsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsHigh customer-service standardsAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively and efficientlyAbility to adapt to changing needs and prioritiesEagerness to learn new technologies and creative thinker with outside-the-box ideas and suggestionsExperience working within NZ's Public Sector is a plusQualifications and KnowledgeMust have excellent knowledge and skills in M365 products and services, especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power PlatformMust be fluent in spoken and written EnglishBachelor degree preferably in IT or Business or Education is a plusCertification in M365 or related areas is a plusTo apply, click the 'Apply Now' button to upload your CV, cover letter and complete the online application form.
