You could have a working knowledge of plastic material properties.
or you may have experience in say a chemical, paint, or food industry following recipes to mix large batches of ingredients.
We are looking for a self-motivated energetic person, who is not afraid of hands-on work.
Applicants will be required to Demonstrate:- Some mechanical skills, preferably with some machine operation/ setting experience.Good Organisational Skills.Strong mathematical ability.
Minimum school certificate NCEA 1 level to calculate percentages and weights etc.Preference will be given to candidates with Computer literacy plus Quality and Health & Safety training.Preferably have a fork hoist licence to transfer stock.The successful candidate will receive training, initially starting as a materials coordinator, mixing and learning about plastic materials and colourants to support a busy production area.

Although the plant is automated this position will require moderate lifting.
