Planting Team Leader

We are seeking a Team Leader to lead our Planting team!
The Job

Based in North Canterbury (90 mins from Christchurch and 60 mins from Kaikoura by bus)
Averaging 35-50 hours, 4-6 days per week (weather/crop dependent)
Free transport to and from work daily from the accommodation (15-20 mins from work)
In consultation with the Planting Supervisor, ensure the Planting Tractor, planters, and equipment are maintained and taken care of
Lead the Planting team infield, ensuring Health and Safety rules and instructions are followed
In consultation with the Planting Supervisor, take care of seedlings received from the independent nursery
Ensure the infield planting operation is running efficiently
