Plant Operators

We're looking for Plant Operator staff, in both fixed term and permanent roles based in Hokitika, to learn and develop a range of plant and equipment operating skills to provide support and expertise across our ITN (Infant Toddler Nutrition) plant. We'll teach you a number of processes including bar-coding, product sampling, quality control points, and hygiene standards to ensure you will be well-equipped to perform in the role. Maintaining health and safety, quality and excellent hygiene standards is critical in the food industry, therefore, this will be your number one priority.

If you're self-motivated, willing to be personally accountable, thrive in a fast-paced learning environment with excellent time management skills then we'd like to talk to you. Applicants will need to be prepared to work shifts on a 4 on-4off roster and be able to attend Group Recruitment on-site in Hokitika. Preference will be given to energetic team players with experience or qualifications within a manufacturing and/or FMCG environment.
