Development Officer

The role of Development Officer is a flexible position designed to support the growth of resources that make LIA's services in our community possible. The Development Officer's projects and responsibilities will build and implement programs that expand the reach of LIA's mission through digital communications, print marketing, stewardship, research, and direct engagement. Success in the role may benefit from a broad range of experiences and skillsets, including digital marketing, writing, graphic design, photography, videography, database management, sales, relationship-building, direct mail, event planning. REPORTS TO: Advancement Director POSITIONS SUPERVISED: Limited supervision of volunteers and interns HOURS: Full-time (36-40 hours/week) or Part-Time (20-30 hours/ week) COMPENSATION : $45,000 Annually Full-Time; $19-23/hourly Part-Time BENEFITS: Medical/Dental, IRA Simple Plan and matching, Staff Health Day activities, Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Holiday Time.
