Reporting to the GM of Operations, the Plant Manager oversees daily plant activities of production & manufacturing, whilst ensuring policies & procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize taking ownership, safety, quality & productivity.
They express an attitude, & create an environment, where improvement opportunities are seen, action is taken & urgency underwrites the productivity of all site operations.

THE REQUIREMENTS: Relevant Qualifications/ Industry trainingsSound knowledge of H&S ManagementMin. 10 years' experience in food processing sitesPreference for Meat Industry experienceNatural flair for driving successful teamsProven wins in of continuous improvement & lean manufacturingDigitally literate, particularly with of Microsoft Office suiteImmediate NZ work rightsTHE REWARDS:
