The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 2,500 team members.Plant Compliance ManagerPosition DetailsAs we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a Plant Compliance Manager to assume accountability for running the PHA (Process Hazard Assessment) programme across the Industrial Ammonia plants in the Lineage NZ network.Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager, this is a critically important role for the business and will be responsible for the scoping, planning and delivery of the PHA programme in line with the organisation's strategic priorities.As well as the effective management of stakeholders, the role will also require a disciplined approach to defining and implementing initiatives, working collaboratively and cross-functional with different areas of the business and reporting progress and risks to the senior leadership team.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Conducting Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) AuditsPHA Program Administration and DocumentationPHA Opex and Capex budget planningDeveloping/Reviewing PPM Policies and allocating to assets (MEX Management)Monitoring & reporting on programme progressAudit Preventative Maintenance PHA Work OrdersCo-ordinating and documenting meetings, decisions, notifications, communicationsEngineering Incident ManagementDevelopment of Guidance DocumentsEmergency Response Documents & TrainingCompiling, Developing and Reviewing ProceduresImplementing & Managing Training ProgramAmmonia Leak Register ManagementYour experience should ideally include:Extensive experience in similar role (or equivalent)Relevant qualifications in engineering, compliance desirable (but not essential)Previous experience in Industrial plant processes – refrigeration or petrochemical industriesAbility to plan and lead teams to deliver sustainable project outcomesStrong organisational skills & attention to detailAbility to work under autonomouslyStrong stakeholder & Relationship ManagementExceptional Communication and Documentation SkillsWhy is this opportunity exciting?The Process Hazard Assessment programme is a critical component of our national safety & compliance program and a cornerstone of our transformation and growth strategy in New Zealand.
