We are absolutely committed to the patient and to delivering both patients and health providers with high-quality products and services.Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for production and other associated supply chain duties as per Air Liquide policies, Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Australian standards for the safe supply of gases to customers.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Fulfill direct production requirements to maintain sufficient cylinder stock levels as per policies and customer needsLoad/unload cylinder trucks via forklift and at times by hand. Therefore a current Australian high risk work licence (Forklift) or relevant forklift licence is a requirement for this role.Organise cylinders of gas for distribution and re-fill within facilityCollect empty cylinders with forklift and placing in high pressure area for fillingFill cylinders utilising computerised (automatic) systemMark/prepare filled cylinders ready for distributionReceive and dispatch both primary and secondary product orders throughout the region and intra company sitesLoad/unload of delivery vehicles in accordance with load restraint regulations and Air Liquide proceduresEnsure product by performing analysis checks as per DSOP's and product recipesManufacture dry ice per consumer requests and distributionTest cylinders in compliance with Australian standardsMaintain appropriate records of all cylinders testedAre you a MATCH?Manage personal efficiency and competing prioritiesKnowledge of process operations and mechanical equipmentAbility to interpret & understand procedures for filling activitiesAbsolute commitment to safetyCustomer service skillsWhat we OFFERHealth insurance for you and your familyLife insuranceFree-onsite parkingOpportunities to undertake interesting and challenging work with top tier businesses.Long-term career development opportunities nationally and/or internationally across the Air Liquide GroupAccess to Air Liquide's 'Connect & Benefit' discount platform with over 350 retailers.About Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
