You will have: Proven governance experience. A genuine interest in science and its economic benefit for New Zealand. Background in science and innovation, ideally with experience in the commercialisation of science. Expertise in change management and human resources. Additional Skills, Experience, and Attributes: Business and commercial acumen, including industry connections. Financial acumen, including audit and risk management expertise. Stakeholder management experience. Media and public relations experience. Credibility and experience within the science system and connection to end users.
