The OpportunityExciting opportunity for a Planning & Insights Manager to join Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa, on a fixed-term contract until June 2025, providing job security and interesting, impactful work to take you through the summer months.This role offers the chance to lead a national team of Finance Partners and drive better decision-making across the organisation, utilising a mixture of financial and operational information. As an aspiring Tangata Tiriti organisation, Emerge Aotearoa is committed to bringing its core values and pou to life through everyone's mahi—ensuring Maori succeed as Maori, Pacific people thrive, and that diversity and lived experience are respected and valued.The RoleOversee the organisational budget and forecasting process, ensuring information is robust and accurate.Lead and support the development of business cases and RFPs as required to support the successful delivery of services.Enhance reporting processes to enable better-informed decision-making by managers.Act as a key finance partner to stakeholders across the business.Your ProfileProven experience in financial planning, analysis, and insights.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a nationally spread team.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with the ability to influence stakeholder decisions.Experience in the development and presentation of business cases, and ideally experience leading an RFP process.A strategic mindset with a focus on driving organizational success through data-driven decisions.Experience working in the public, not-for-profit or social service sector (preferred).A genuine commitment to the values, the Kaupapa and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Be open to some domestic travel as required (monthly).Hold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand and be available to start within 2 weeks' notice.For a confidential discussion about this role, please contact Christopher Cluse on 022 0717 812 or apply via the link below.
