You will plan and oversee the yard, vessel, and receival and delivery operation, effectively allocating resources safely and in the most cost-effective way to meet business needs. This is an opportunity to work collaboratively and efficiently to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and safety.Your success in this role will be defined by the following attributes:Your experience in a planning and/or roster management role within a similar environment.A high level awareness of Health and Safety in the workplace.Highly organised, solution-focused, and the ability to make decisions in a changing work environment.Ability to communicate with other teams in the business to ensure the required resource and customer requirements are met.An understanding of collective and individual employment agreements and how these are applied.The flexibility to undertake shift and weekend work.Is CentrePort for you?
