Physiotherapist - Part Time

Are you a registered physio looking for part-time work?
We need you to help keep our post-harvest teams well during their busy apple packing season.What you'll be doing:As the part-time physio, you will provide early intervention treatment for employees who work in our packhouses, binstores, and trucking teams, who may be experiencing pain or discomfort due to their job tasks or have a workplace injury.
You'll work an afternoon a week (2-6pm) at each of our packhouses in Whakatu and Longlands Road.Key Responsibilities:Manage on-site injury treatment clinics; triage and treat injuries by severity.Provide timely reports on treatment, stay-at-work and return-to-work plans, and relevant injury information.Conduct ergonomic assessments for packhouse staff as needed.Maintain collaborative relationships with injury management specialists and other providers.Educate on injury prevention, body mechanics, and pain management techniques.Promote safety within the company through campaigns, workshops, and recognition programs.What you'll bring:Registered PhysiotherapistExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build relationships and work with diverse groupsStrong administrative skills for accurate documentation and record-keepingSelf-motivated and passionate about best practicesKnowledge of relevant health and safety issuesEligible to work in New Zealand and pass pre-employment checksWhat we offer:Flexibility with your days.You will positively impact the wellness of our teams.An environment where we embrace diversity and unique ideas.Work alongside a welcoming team.If you want to be part of a business that delivers world-class people experiences alongside world-class apples, then please apply now!
