You will primarily be based in Hamilton; however, you may be required to work at other sites across the Waikato region. You will work as part of a team providing an efficient and effective service to our clients. This position will include the opportunity to extend your skills with the support and enthusiasm of a small team.This position is ideal for a physiotherapist who is self-motivated, able to work independently at delivering services to patients. The role requires the successful applicant to be adaptable to change, resourceful, and flexible to service needs, and to have a genuine passion for working with patients and their whanau on their health journey.About the Team/Service/LocationThe Physiotherapy service has approximately 90 staff including Physiotherapists, assistants, and administrators that work across the large geographical area that is Te Whatu Ora, Waikato. We have staff based at Waikato Hospital, our secondary hospital in Thames, and our 3 rural hospitals in Tokoroa, Te Kuiti, and Taumarunui and across our many community bases in areas such as Morrinsville, Matamata, Cambridge, and Ngaruawahia.Our vision is to provide quality physiotherapy care to promote, encourage, and enable health, wellbeing, and independence for the patients and Whanau in the communities we serve.
