You will come with at least 2 years experience working in NZ, ideally in a Vocational role, or with an interest in working in this area.
Live and work in Gisborne region, in this vocational rehabilitation role with a range of contracts, including Vocational Rehab, Pain Management, Training for Independence, and more.

What you need to do: Varied work: Work with clients on ACC, insured, or private pathways through a range of contracts, including Vocational Rehab, Pain Management, Training for Independence, and more.
Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with Physiotherapists, Exercise Consultants, and local health providers to deliver holistic, culturally responsive care to clients.
Contribute to Team Culture: Engage in team activities and contribute to a friendly, supportive environment.
What you need to have: Registration & Certification: Current NZ practicing certificate, professional indemnity insurance, and membership with relevant boards (PNZ/OTNZ).
Experience: 2 years of clinical experience in NZ, preferably in vocational rehabilitation.
Full NZ Driver's License: Essential for community-based and home-based client visits.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, organisation, and a collaborative approach with clients and colleagues.
