We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Physiotherapist who is keen to work within a large and dynamic multidisciplinary team. Experienced or New Graduate Physiotherapists can be considered for this role.
Active+ Waikato provides rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy services throughout the Waikato/Lakes district. We place an emphasis on quality injury prevention, early treatment and rehabilitation services to improve the health and well-being of our clients.
Dependent on your skills and interests, your role can cover a wide-ranging caseload, which can include clinic based musculo-skeletal and/or sports management, Pilates, vocational rehabilitation, chronic pain, concussion services and corporate injury prevention work. Our ideal applicant will demonstrate they are clinically strong in a client centered interdisciplinary model, whilst also efficient, I.T. savvy and able to meet deadlines.
We offer structured supervision and peer support, an excellent remuneration package making this a highly desirable position for any Physiotherapist looking to further their career yet maintain a work/life balance. We are offering the successful candidate competitive salary banding based on skills and experience. This role is available as either a contractor or employee and can be full-time or part-time. A higher band is achievable in a contractor role. New Graduates are welcome to apply.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit, a current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate, and a current NZ driver's licence. Preference is given for Post-graduate qualification in any scope of Physiotherapy, and/or a proven record of relevant professional development in any of the scopes of Physiotherapy described above. An additional relocation allowance may be available for the right applicant.
