Join us on this transformational journey of delivering tailored and quality healthcare service that meets the needs of our diverse Aotearoa.About the mahi (role)Due to the growth of our Invercargill clinic, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated clinic and community-based Physiotherapist to join our team.You will work under a wide variety of contracts including Pain Management, Vocational Rehabilitation, Training for Independence, Hospital & Community work, and clinic-based services.Key tasks will include patient assessments and treatments, administration and reporting, liaison with colleagues, funders, and employers, and team meetings and training.You will embrace a collaborative approach to patient care by working closely with an integrated team.You will uphold our commitment to delivering excellent rehabilitation services with a patient-centric focus and strive to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients through comprehensive and compassionate care.Extensive training and/or mentoring will be given depending on your experience level and you will be supported by the Clinic Manager.Ideally, you will work 30 - 32 hours per week. However, we can offer flexibility in working hours.You will provide occasional weekend cover at Southern Cross Hospital. This involves providing initial and follow-up care to post-operative orthopaedic surgical patients. They continue to increase the cultural capability of the team and build new networks in the community with Maori health providers and local iwi.About YouThis is a clinical role, therefore you must have a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.Two years of clinical experience, a post-graduate qualification, or experience working under ACC contracts would be an advantage.
