About the Role We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our team at Dargaville Hospital on a permanent part-time basis.In this role, you will provide expert physiotherapy that promotes independence, safety, and wellbeing to the patients of Health New Zealand. About You Essential Skills and Experience Qualified Physiotherapist with registration as a Physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy Board of NZ (or eligible for) and a holder of a current practicing certificate.Sound knowledge of Physiotherapy theory and principles of practice, able to assess clients' needs and take appropriate action.Proven ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people and age groups, along with strong time management, priority setting, and problem-solving skills.Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori, or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.Experience in projects/initiatives that give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches in healthcare settings.Working for Health New Zealand Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of Aotearoa/New Zealand.
