It involves working alongside other Allied Health and Nursing team members to plan and provide patient-centred rehabilitation to our community in their own homes. There will be minimal on-call work required (but appropriate compensation will be given).This role requires an interest and passion for rehabilitation across age groups and the ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fast-paced community environment.
