Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to work in a great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
This full-time, permanent position is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this facility.
QualificationsActive Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to applyGraduate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent)Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) CertificationBasic Life Support (BLS) CertificationResponsibilitiesScreening patientsPerforming evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plansDocumenting progress toward identified objectivesOverseeing Physical Therapist Assistant(s)Developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance physical therapy servicesConducting patient and family educationDelivering quality physical therapy servicesPutting patient service firstPositive attitude and willingness to be a team playerYou should be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for each resident in an ethical, sensitive, and compassionate manner.
