In this rewarding role, you'll inspire individuals and families to embrace healthier lifestyle choices through physical activity and improved nutrition.You'll provide tailored phone and face-to-face support to clients referred by healthcare professionals, workplaces, or self-referrals, using motivational interviewing to guide them on their wellness journey. You'll also play a key role in managing referrals, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.The ideal candidate will have:A tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., exercise science, nutrition, health promotion).Excellent communication and organizational skills.A passion for promoting physical activity and well-being across diverse communities.Competency in using digital tools and managing data.Join our dynamic team, where your expertise will contribute to meaningful change.
