Position: Multi-disciplinary Photographer/Videographer

We are actively seeking a full-time Photographer/Videographer who can work exclusively for Tamarack and its clients while helping us build internal systems to support our growth. The ideal candidate is innovative, creative, and highly skilled in both photography and videography. We work in a goal-oriented, flexible environment, and our studio has all the perks of a modern tech company—beer machine, ping pong, darts, and more.
Job Responsibilities: Photograph a variety of products, people, and locations for Tamarack clients. Develop, create, and edit high-quality photo and video content tailored to various client needs. Attend events and shoots to capture live or behind-the-scenes social media content. Collaborate with the marketing team to establish and manage a social media calendar. Monitor industry trends in photography and videography across social media channels. Assist in developing and managing social media and influencer marketing campaigns. Support planning, scheduling, and logistics for photo and video shoots. Contribute to client management and business development for the photo/video sector of the business, including creating internal processes. Qualifications / Skills: Strong passion for photography and videography. Expertise in photo editing and proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud / DaVinci Suite). Ability to stay current on trends in digital content and social media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and exceptional time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while meeting deadlines. Basic knowledge of marketing principles and general small business practices. Education and Experience Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation. 2-4 years of professional photography experience. 1-2 years of experience in videography. Experience with Google Workspace or MS Office is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) or similar digital editing tools. Additional Information: Job Type: Full-time, in-person (remote applicants will not be considered).
Compensation: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
