The position is for a Phase Leader to lead our Phase 2 cohort. The successful candidate will also be responsible for a whanau class.Key Responsibilities:Data analysis (assessment)Target review of strategic goalsPlanning checkpoints for specific needsPlanning for student needsCalendar of event planningReporting to parentsPastoral lead for the phase levelOrganisation of relieversWe are looking for an experienced educator who can bring knowledge and skills in collaboration, neurodiversity, and cultural competence.
