We are currently seeking an experienced medical sales professional to join our Consumer/OTC Sales team and build strong business relationships with bannered accounts and independent pharmacies throughout the South Island.
Reporting to the National Pharmacy Business Manager, you will be joining a successful, high performing and collaborative team, who work together to support each other, resolve challenges and celebrate wins.
You will be required to meet sales budgets and quarterly cycle objectives for your territory through a combination of territory planning and superb relationship management.
Responsibilities will include: Driving sales and distribution of a comprehensive portfolio of Consumer/OTC brands, in line with quarterly and annual targets Managing in-store training and merchandising activitiesConducting weekly territory planningMaintaining the CRM system Analysing sales data to identify growth opportunities About You: To succeed in this environment you must be self-motivated, adaptable, highly organised and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
In addition: Demonstrated experience in sales/account management within a similar environment - pharmaceutical/pharmacy/consumer or animal health Solid analytical and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and create rapport with a variety of people Tertiary qualifications in a pharmacy, science or business discipline will be highly regarded Aspen New Zealand belongs to a global organization, but we are distinctly a New Zealand business, run by Kiwis for Kiwis.
