Attractive salary + bonus + sharesWe're looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our Porirua team here in Aotearoa.You'll be joining our Woolworths Pharmacy leadership team as we continue to create a customer centric offering to support our communities.
About the Role | Mo te TurangaJoining our Porirua team you'll take accountability for: Delivering professional health services that support the wellbeing of our wider communityOrganisation of staff and Pharmacist to ensure the pharmacy is suitably staffed.Be accountable for the pharmacist and dispensing technician in storeDispensing medicines accuratelyAssisting customers with pharmacy product queriesReviewing stock levels delivering high standards of merchandisingThis is a 40 hour a week role will operate between the store opening hours: Monday - Sunday.
Rosters are negotiable, one weekend day is required.To succeed in this role you will need to be the sort of person that thrives in an environment where you can make a meaningful difference, where our customers come first, and where you can leverage your knowledge and experience for the benefit of our community.You will always strive to do the right thing for our customers.
To be successful in this position, you will have completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy and be a registered Pharmacist with a current APC and have full New Zealand working rights.
Ideally you will have extensive retail experience, and be comfortable inspiring, leading, and engaging a team of pharmacy professionals.
