What you'll do We're looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our Botany team in Auckland.
You'll be joining our Woolworths Pharmacy leadership team as we continue to create a customer-centric offering to support our communities.
Joining our Botany team you'll take accountability for:
Delivering professional health services that support the wellbeing of our wider community.Organisation of staff and Pharmacist to ensure the pharmacy is suitably staffed.Be accountable for the pharmacist and dispensing technician in store.Dispensing medicines accurately.Assisting customers with pharmacy product queries.Reviewing stock levels delivering high standards of merchandising.This 40-hour a week role will operate between the store opening hours: Monday - Sunday 9am - 8pm. We're looking for a registered Pharmacist with a Bachelor of Pharmacy, a current APC, and full New Zealand working rights to join our team.
To really shine in this role, you'll need to be a confident leader with a passion for inspiring and motivating others.
Extensive retail experience would be a big plus!
Because we're also a training pharmacy with two intern pharmacists, you'll need at least 3 years of experience under your belt and be comfortable taking on a preceptor role.
