Permanent, part-time, 0.63 FTE (25 hours per week) Salary Band - APEX MECA - $63,842 to $76,737 pa pro-rata + Kiwi SaverMo te turanga | About the role The Pharmacy service provides a full clinical and operational service to Southland Hospital. We provide a wide range of clinical services encompassing both generalist and specialist skills so there is no better place to move your career forward.
The role will include inventory management, stock control, ward supply, general office and clerical duties and assisting in the general day to day running of the dispensary. This role will be Monday to Friday.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have: Previous experience with stock managementDemonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with other professionalsExcellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skillsThe ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution focusedHigh levels of personal and professional integrityHospital experience is preferred although not essentialIt is also essential you can pick things up quickly, perform in an accurate and precise manner and work well within a diverse and ever-changing environment.

Utu whanui | Salary range This role belongs to the APEX Pharmacy Collective Agreement and falls between Step 1 ($63,842) and Step 5 ($76,737) p.a pro rata of the Pharmacy Assistant scale.
