Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications) At iMIX, we specialise in chemotherapy and immunotherapy compounding services for both public and private providers across New Zealand . We deliver quality, tailored therapies from our purpose-built GMP facilities in Napier and Christchurch. We are part of the Canopy Healthcare Group, comprising of 22 diagnostic clinics, 8 oncology clinics, a private breast surgical and diagnostic centre, making us the largest North Island diagnostic provider and the largest private medical oncology provider in New Zealand . Your role: Your primary responsibilities as Product Manager will be leadership the following areas at iMIX: New Compounded Products - review and lead all new product requests, and associated testing, validation, stability and compounding innovation. Customer complaints and investigations - be the "face" of iMIX for all customer complaints. Lead investigation, and all customer communications, to ensure continuous improvement within iMIX. Clinical Trials - work with Quality Team for set-up of trials, compounding and auditing. Work with sponsors and hospitals as our service offering grows. Quality Assurance – work within iMIX's quality and regulatory framework to deliver new product projects, ensuring compliance of raw materials, finished products, compounding templates and associated training. You will be working alongside our General Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Quality and Consulting Pharmacists, and you'll be based in either Christchurch or Napier at one of our GMP facilities. Minimum Requirements: Several years GMP Aseptic Compounding Experience in a hospital or clinical environment. Effective prioritisation of work to meet and achieve outcomes. Effective and confident written and verbal communication with our customers (pharmacists, clinicians and healthcare professionals). Honest and approachable leader. Ability to influence and implement change. A nature of listening and discerning well. A keen interest in related associations such as PDA and ISPE are an advantage. Experience in oncology is an advantage. Professional knowledge: PIC/s GMP Code. USP 797, 800 and 71. 21 CFR Parts 210, 211. ICH Q8, Q9 and Q10 Guidelines.
