We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Customer Service Super Star to join our store as an Online Personal Shopper.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Personal Shopper at New World Pioneer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Online department. Your primary role will be to assist the Online Champion to plan and organize the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all customer orders for the Online shopping department.
HOURS:
This is a permanent fulltime position working Sunday to Thursday, 5am to 1.30pm
DAY to DAY:

Ensure operational excellence is achieved for all Online shopping orders.
Ensure items picked, packed & processed for a customer's order is completed accurately and efficiently.
Ensure orders are labelled and checked, stored securely.
Lockers are empty and clean after each allocated timeslot, where necessary returning uncollected orders to the appropriate storage areas within the staging area.
Deliveries are made efficiently and safely.
Compliance with our Food Control Plan and Health and Safety requirements.
All restricted goods that customers are collecting from the lockers are in accordance with ID checking procedures and policies.
Housekeeping/cleaning responsibilities and schedules for the staging area, lockers, online equipment and vehicles are maintained and adhered to.

This role will involve building positive relationships and regular communication with customers to advise them of any information which is relevant to their order.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL:

Have good command of written and spoken English.
Have fantastic customer service experience.
Have good basic Maths skills.
Have good computer skills.
Be flexible and driven with strong work ethic and an excellent attitude.
Be responsible for working individually and taking sole ownership of orders.
Have the ability to prioritise and multitask consistently to meet strict deadlines for order completion.
Be physically fit and able to fulfil all the requirements of the role.
