Our Advice Centre network is at the forefront of this, and we are going through an exciting time of change and transformation!As a Personal Banking Consultant, your role will be to exceed the expectations of your customers through personalised financial analysis and real value-add interactions. You will be given the tools to educate customers on various banking solutions and options, resulting in convenient and innovative product and service recommendations.This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.Ideally, we are looking for someone who has current home lending experience or has a passion for delivering financial satisfaction to their customers. You should thrive on building relationships, be digitally savvy, and able to think on your feet.
