Position: PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)Type: Full timeLocation: Bayleys PukekoheStart Date: Mid-January 2025 (Fixed term - maternity cover opportunity)This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA with a strong administration background to work alongside a high-achieving salesperson who has a long history of successful sales experience and outstanding industry knowledge.The role is very much a PA role; a significant part of the success of this business is driven through marketing and providing exceptional customer service to an extensive database of clients, managing the campaigns and ensuring that every detail is taken care of. Responsibilities include multitasking, prioritising deadlines, and maintaining client care, as well as creativity and a flair for marketing, including the marketing of properties and personal promotional materials, social media, and digital marketing. Email and diary management are also a large part of the role.Key Responsibilities:Prepare submission documents and follow the process which will involve organising signage, advertising, and photography.Work closely with the agents to ensure every campaign runs smoothly and that buyers and vendors are communicated with regularly and professionally.Be prepared for the unexpected and thrive in a fast-paced, inclusive, and social environment.This role will appeal to someone ready to take ownership of a busy role, supporting this successful salesperson to keep growing.We look forward to hearing from you if this position is of interest, and your interest will be held in the strictest confidence.
