The Strategic & Corporate Services (S&CS) Division works across NZQA as trusted business advisors to our colleagues. The Division provides services to enable NZQA's service delivery and ensure it delivers on its goals now and into the future.
The Information Services (IS) team is responsible for the delivery of robust, responsive and value for money ICT services and solutions, to support the strategic business needs of NZQA.
This Personal Assistant role is responsible for providing support to the Chief Information Officer, the IS Leadership Team, and will also support the Deputy Chief Executive S&CS with day-to-day PA / administration duties.
Skills and Experience
You will be an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude. You will be able to multi-task and work flexibly in this dynamic and ever-evolving environment. You will also work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
