Our client, based in Whangarei, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Senior Administrator to take on this key role in the business, ensuring high standards of service and product excellence.
The primary focus of this role is to provide strong administrative support across the business.
You will play a crucial role in developing, reviewing and maintaining quality standards, documents and processes.
Your attention to detail will be key in this role together with your flexibility and positive can-do attitude with a focus on quality outcomes.
No task will be too big or too small.
You will be a strong team player looking to support the best outcomes for the business.
To succeed in this role, you'll have: Competent and confident multi-tasker / ability to juggle a variety of tasks during the day Proven administration experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong self-management and time management abilities A methodical approach with a sharp eye for detail Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel and comfortable using a range of technology Experience in a manufacturing environment / ISO 9001 Quality Management System will be an advantage but not essential.
